Returns & Exchanges
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange any new, unworn item within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days. Items may only be exchanged once.
GYMSET does not cover return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All items on sale or purchased during a promotional offer are non-refundable and may be exchanged.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please take extra care when trying on your new items. Any item returned with damage such as makeup or general wear and tear will be refused.
- Items must be unwashed and not tumble dried.
- Excessively wrinkled items may be refused.
- Items covered in animal or human hair will be refused.
- Items with a strong odor (perspiration, etc.) or the smell of smoke, cologne, detergent, etc. will not be accepted.
- Items with marks or other stains (such as deodorant or makeup) will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if the items are not returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we do not return items received if they do not meet the exchange or refund criteria.
HOW DO I MAKE MY RETURN?
1. Contact us by email at the following address: contact.gymset@gmail.com with your order number so that we can send you your return slip.
2. Make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the exchange or refund cannot be made.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
WHAT TO DO IF ITEMS ARE INCORRECT OR MISSING?
You can contact us by email at the following address: contact.gymset@gmail.com to explain the situation and we will be happy to find a solution together because your satisfaction is our priority. Never refuse an order in case of a problem because it will be automatically destroyed and not returned to our warehouses.
