DELIVERY METHODS & COST

Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 4-7 business days after the order is placed. For international orders, the delivery time is 7-12 business days after the Placing your order. Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to track your order and another email once it has shipped.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated times based on estimated delivery dates provided by our carriers. We always do our best to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, but in the rare event that your package is not delivered within the estimated time, we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays.

International orders typically arrive between 7-12 business days.

Non-French Residents: Please note that your order may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we do our best to keep international shipping costs low, your country's import fees are beyond our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier (La Poste, UPS, FedEx, etc.), it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen during the delivery process or once it has been delivered, please make a report to the carrier and notify us by email at contact@gymset.fr. We will investigate all cases and do our best to send a replacement order or issue a credit if possible.
